Everything we do is customized to your needs. We work with prenatal, postnatal, bodybuilders, and those with injuries - all types! Our gym and trainers are fully equipped to help you reach your goals, regardless of your situation.
Come dressed in workout clothes and make sure you eat at least one hour prior to your session. At the first assessment, I take photos, measurements, and your weight, so bring a swimsuit or undergarments you’re comfortable wearing. Pictures are private and will help us in establishing a starting point to get you to your goals!
This varies, but most clients come 3xs a week. We will conduct a thorough fitness assessment during your first session and recommend the best way to reach your personalized goals.
Once you contact us we will set up an appointment to do an initial consultation in which we will figure out where you are today both mentally and physically, what your goals are and how to bridge the gap between the two.
